 Setup Checklist:

• Joined Local Association and MLS
•  Confirm receipt of Welcome email for BHHS
• Confirm receipt of email with code sheet for BHHS
•  Confirm and activate Google Workspace email to setup BHHS email - TIME SENSITIVE!
•  Activate key for lockboxes
•  Login to REsource Center and set up profile. This connects mls feeds to templates.
•  Login to VAC and set up Profile . This is connected to your website
•  Login to Design Studio to set up profile
•  Download and set up Mobile app
•  Obtain key fob, office WiFi and Printer set up
•  Set up your voicemail
•  Add Broker on Call phone number to your contacts 480-580-2290 (8am-8pm)
•  Order welcome kit items
•  Set up email signature
•  Setup profiles on the web and social media
•  Schedule Virtual Company Orientation (see VAC calendar)
•  Schedule Contract template training (virtual on VAC calendar or set up with manager)
•  Login in to Skyslope and request paperwork checklists from manager
•  Schedule MLS training (with in MLS or with manager)
•  Add to your calendar monthly office meetings 1st  Tuesday each month
•  Organize your contacts or your Sphere of Infuence. (Preferrably on excel, google sheets or apple numbers)
•  Visit 3-5 open houses and observe. You will share your observation with manager at next meeting.
•  After the above steps are mostly done set up a meeting with manager for a plan.
